The challenge
The agency advertised on property portals and social media, but enquiries arrived by phone, email and WhatsApp with no central record. Leads were forgotten, salespeople sometimes called the same person twice, and the owner could not see which campaigns worked.
Our approach
We treated the website and the CRM as one system: every enquiry, from any source, had to end up as a lead with a clear owner and next step.
The solution
Visitors search properties by location, budget, type and size, view photos, floor plans and maps, and send an enquiry or book a site visit. Each enquiry becomes a lead in the CRM, assigned automatically to a salesperson.
Sales staff log calls, schedule follow-ups and update stages from their phones. The owner sees a pipeline view and the source of every lead.
How we built it
The portal is built with Next.js for search visibility, with a FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL. Leads from Facebook lead forms and the website arrive in the same CRM.
