School ERP for Fees, Attendance and Results

The school office managed admissions, fee receipts and report cards in separate spreadsheets. Parents had to visit or call to ask about fee dues or their child's attendance, and preparing report cards at the end of each term took teachers several days.

We met the principal, office staff and class teachers separately, because each group had different priorities. The office wanted accurate fees, teachers wanted quick attendance and marks entry, and parents wanted information without calling.

The ERP covers admissions, class and section management, fee structures with concessions and late fees, online and counter fee collection, daily attendance, exam marks and printable report cards.

Parents use a mobile app to see attendance, fee dues and receipts, results, homework and school notices.

The admin system is a web app on FastAPI and PostgreSQL, and the parent app is built with Flutter. Teachers can mark attendance from a phone in under a minute per class.

We imported student data from the school's spreadsheets and trained office staff and teachers before the new session began.
