A fast online store with product variants, online payments, courier integration and an easy admin, so the brand can sell across India instead of only through its shop and Instagram.

SEO-ready
Structured data on every product

The challenge

The brand sold through its shop and took Instagram orders by direct message. Orders, payments and shipping were tracked manually, mistakes were common in busy seasons, and there was no way to sell to customers who wanted to order directly.

Our approach

We planned the store around the products' visual appeal and mobile shoppers. Large photos, clear prices and a short checkout came first. On the operations side, the brand needed to manage orders without technical help.

The solution

The store has collections, product variants for size and colour, wishlists, coupon codes, online payment and cash on delivery. Orders flow into an admin panel where staff print invoices and book shipments with a courier partner, and customers get tracking updates automatically.

Every product page is built for search, with clean URLs, structured data and fast-loading images.

How we built it

The storefront is built with Next.js for speed and SEO, with a FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL. Payments use a standard Indian payment gateway, and shipping is integrated with a courier aggregator.

We set up Google Analytics and Search Console and trained the team to add products and manage orders.
